Pallagrello Bianco
Vine variety widespread in a few municipalities in the province of Caserta. It has a small, cylindrical cluster with a wind, semi-compact; medium, spherical berry and pruinose skin. It has high vigour, average-early bud-bursting and average ripening. The yield is generous. It produces straw-yellow wines with hints of exotic fruit, apricot and honey. They are soft on the palate with a good persistence.
