Petit Manseng

Originally variety of the Atlantic Pyrenees. It has small and rounded berries and clusters. Vine of high vigour, it has a medium budburst period. It is very resistant to botrytis. It prefers long pruning and espalier training systems. This moderately productive vine has a late ripening period (3rd epoch). Due to its ability to concentrate sugars in the berries while maintaining a high acidity, it is used to obtain very aromatic and high-quality liqueur wines.
