Trebbiano Giallo
Grown on the hills within the province of Rome. The medium, often winged, cylindrical-conical cluster carries a medium-sized, spheroid, golden yellow berry. The skin is thick and pruinose. The loose pulp is of simple taste This vigorous vine variety prefers medium-expansion training systems and medium-long pruning. It produces a wine of yellow colour, dry, delicately flavoured, full, savoury, characteristically harmonious, with a fine bitter background. Pleasant.
