Ampelographic characters:
the bud has a green opened-leaf apex with an average density of laying hairs. The orbicular or cuneiform leaf has 5 or 7 lobes, deep lateral sinuses and a U-shaped petiolar sinus, often limited by ribs. The ribs are averagely red pigmented. The lower side is slightly hairy. The cluster is medium-sized and semi-sparse. The berries are medium-sized, uniformly and intensely coloured. The skin is thick and the pulp is averagely crunchy.
Training system and pruning:
variety with semi-upright growth habit, requiring short or medium-long pruning. Green pruning, leaf-thinning and suckering are required.
Susceptibility to diseases and adverse conditions:
susceptible to coulure and green millerandage which can often occur in cold and rainy springs. A bit susceptible to botrytis.
Overall rating:
interesting variety as far as precocity, productivity, cluster-sparsity and uniformity in cluster colour.
