OTHER INFORMATION

Behavior in the nursery: the rooting is acceptable for most grape varieties; it triggers a quite good development of scions; it benefits from mulching and hormone treatments; it tends to develop abnormal swellings at the grafting point.
Behavior in the propagation block: : if it's grown on trellis, it is unlikely to give problems of sorts, provided the green pruning is moderate, otherwise the result would be a belated lignification; it is not advisable to let it grow sprawling on the ground in fresh and temperate climates.
Behavior in the open field: growth resumption is not very strong, later on, however, it shows a noteworthy strength; it is suitable to dense row plantation; it delays the vegetative cycle, it needs warm soils, it is not suitable to humid soils (even though temporarily humid), it is not suitable to replanting, it has a poor affinity with some Syrah clones.
