Affinity with rootstocks: fair with 140Ruggeri, 110R and SO4. Obvious disaffinity with 1103Paulsen and Kober 5bb.
Storage aptitude: good.
Transportation resistance: very good/good.
Ampelographic characters:
large cone-shaped cluster, averagely compact with 1-2 wings. Large, spheroidal berry. Dark violet-red skin. Colorless pulp with a neutral flavor.
Training system and pruning:
- Training system: pergola with planting layout of 2.5 x 2 × 5 m.
- Pruning: long, 15 buds per fruiting cane, 60 buds / plant.
Sensitivity to diseases and adversities:
rather sensitive to both powdery and downy mildew; sensitive to heat stroke and sunburn due to poor foliage cover.
