Xarello Rosado
Pink mutation of Xarel-lo blanco. The medium-small, conical, compact cluster carries a medium-sized round berry with fairly thick skin. This variety is of good vigour and almost upright growth habit. It is very rustic, thus adapting well to most soils. The bud-burst period is average-early. It adapts well to different training systems and long pruning. The yield is good and the ripening period is average-late. It produces fresh and fruity, balanced wines and it is used in the production of Cava.
