Origin: Germany (Fuhr 1919).
VEGETATIVE FEATURES
Leaf: large, wedge-shaped, whole, slightly three-lobed, with an open V-U-shaped petiolar sinus; the upper side is opaque and hairless, the flap is green, wavy, with convoluted edges, thick; the lower side is bristly with whitish light-green main ribs.
Woody shoot: long, uniform, branched, with prominent development of secondary shoots, hairless, partially pruinose, dark-purple-red in color, more intensely colored at the nodes.
