Origin: Italy (Paulsen – 1894).
VEGETATIVE FEATURES
Leaf: medium-sized, kidney-shaped, whole, with a wide and open V-shaped petiolar sinus, it has a glossy upper side and a hairless dark-green flap, bullous, light-green main ribs, bristly lower side, green-colored.
Woody shoot: long, branched, conspicuous development of secondary shoots, hairless, gray-brown, partially pruinose.
